What's wrong with my headset...

I have a headlock and it isn't tightening my headset together when i have loosed all the bolts needed and still there is movement.

What do i do? :'(

how olds the headset?
are the bearins sealed bearings?
if theres play then surely the bearings are screwed...

When you screw your headlock can you turn it and it not tighten anymore, it just keeps turning ?

Headlock too long? not enough spacers on the steerer?

Make sure you check the simple things before assuming your headset is dead Smiley
