Yep same, saw him hit the road gap, hardtail long stem, ancient Judys, QR and rim brakes, fast as some guys on DH rigs.

Me and my mate are both beginners and will be going up there in the very near future.  Me with my low level 'project' DH bike and him with a decent hardtail.  I'm sure we will be fine, after all, 'we are kids and will throw ourselves of anything'.

i saw a random guy with a dog, on a fully ridged trying to beast it down big grin... :S he got as far as the rock garden before he endoed on a big rock n had a bit of a helmet test in the rock garden... to my suprise i saw him try it again bout ten minutes later, he failed

is there an age limit? as my 14 year old brother wants to come ride, is he old enough?

he has had expirience of dh we've been to whistler twice.
