All it says is "internal double". The pic may well not be of the actual product.

From BikeRadar "We rode the Shore One specced with and E13 chain guide, but production bikes will feature the new singing and dancing SRAM Hammerschmidt system that’s launched at Crankworx next month- although we did spot a Shore with a Hammerschmidt on board…"

Youd think from that then that its an internal 2speed in the bb, so you can have 2 gears up front without the need for the mech?

That is indeed what has been said in this very thread. Though, I have heard of 3 speed versions also.

Hmm.  Looks like a nice piece of kit.  Wonder what the life is like on it and if it will be able to take the rigours of freeride, etc. 

Definitely want to tr one out though.

it isn't just you... it does bear a remarkable resemblance to a trial bike front mounted free hub system
