Id have failed you

song doesnt add to it and you havnt even used it to cut with beats
the cuts are slow and long
you dont have the copyright
it doesnt have a pace so you dont get a beg mid end so you never get into it
the white balance goes totally off in a few shots

all in all if i was your tutor id have failed you sorry.

Cheers, Its great for some honesty for once,
All we ever hear at college is How 'amazing' everything we do is,

So you reckon, Tighter Cuts and  more of a beginning, middle +end

And as to the white balance, ill learn play around with the cameras next time i get one out, cheers.

the riding was good !  Smiley
the editing was kind of the same all the way though. i reckon picking a different song, putting the film to the music and having more of a beginning, middle, end thing like you said ! would make it much better. it was a little bit too light aswell still pretty good though!

The riding was slow(i mean you slowed it down to add effect) yet the song was fast.

So it didn't work

Choose a better song an it could work.

good riding though, which is kinda the most important thing Smiley

id say no as the tracks to slow yet the music is too paced, you dont have enough clips to make a fast cut peice so id suggest going for something more along the lines of ambient / yann tiersen type "arty" music.

you'd get more marks at college for that aswell no doubt.

also just drop the blue looking shots it really detracts either that or grade them.

the first 10seconds gets old really fast as it doesnt climax to anything particularly, maybe make this bit 3 minutes instead.

glad you did a re edit tho, shows you can take crits.

ok, so more arty farty lol. yeah well its you lot (the general public) that pay Editors, filmers and the such wage's so hearing your criticism is much better in the learning process'.

most people at the specialist college i go to don't take or give criticism due to them being scared of having views, cheers guys ill have a bit more of a work when i have some free time..
