Why not mount a large mirror on your handlebars facing you,  gaffertape the camera to you lid, and snap away whilst riding. et voila, all you'd need to do is photoshop out the camera, and clone you arm back into place. perfect pic of yourself. riding. as many pictures as you want. do it.  you'll be able to get pics all over the park, why not try it over ladder alley?

PS: dont forget tho, if the mirror in front is to big, then you may obstruct your view of the track, you would be able to remedy this by installing a further larger mirror behind you facing forwards, so you could look into the front mirror, see the back mirror but still see where you were going whilst getting amazing riding pic. do it. ( dont forget you'd also have to photoshop the rear mirror out as well. im serious. do.it.

Alternatively, prop your bike up against the kitchen wall, get on with all your riding gear and assume a suitable 'attack' pose. Get you missus to take a photo, email it to me along with where exactly you'd like to appear on the track, and using the magic of photoshop I will superimpose you on there, blending seamlessly with the environment. Mud and and bits of twigs is free, but if you want pinkbike lightening and motion blur you'll have to pay extra.
