do you need one to ride aston been a long time since I was there and with H&S a right pain in the rear I was not sure if rider's where told they had to wear one

i advise one though,and body armour if you like your shoulders......

Might be a good idea. Was speaking to Rich the other day and some poor dude blew his nose open after face planting. Then again riding an XC bike with saddle at full mast, what do you expect?
