Is it just a push up? How long are the tracks?

not sure when it is, u checked the racers guild site?

tracks are about a minute normally and you push up but it aint really long enough for pushin to be an issue

Well worth it.  It's really relaxed, and the other tracks are open to ride between your runs too!
