How the blazes do you remove the crankarms off?

most crank arms you may need to get a tool to take it off theres a thred i started off abou this a while ago ill try and find it now Smiley

I still have the fitting and extraction kit for the BMX ones knocking about somewhere though I have a horrible feeling it's in storage. It comes with the cranks and is basically a crank puller that works both ways, really good piece of kit, those Reetards were the best 3pc I ever owned Sad

If I do find it I'd be willing to sell it on for a fair price (bearing in mind it weighs a bit).
