why do you want one of them? is it to hold just one bike. if so then bl*ody pointless imo. if its for one frame youd be better of buying the stands with 2 legs and a vertical pole and a clamp on the top. something like this.... it has all the adjustable height and adjustable clamp thats needed. sorry if ive gone and changed the subject.... thanks anyway Sam [Edit] made one outa scaffolding poles , but then you might not have them about , i did
i have a few, but was/is yours foldable/colapseable as it prety much has to be and very foldable, becomes very small and compact once folded up

You starting a race team? Or just gonna hang one bike of it while you're by the car having a sandwich?

i have my DH bike, often have my HT with me my bros bike and whenever my mates race they normall come with me in the motor home for the weekend thus will have upto 5/6 bikes on it. well in that case scrub my idea! although ive got a solution! one reasonable size piece of plastic drainpipe and 4 bits of wood obv 2 bits of wood for each side for the legs and then the drainpipe to hand the bikes on.... im sure you could come up with a way of fitting it together

Hairy muff I'd say £20 tops if you don't already have materials for it. £220 is mental for what's essentially two collapsable A-frames and a pole! I'm gonna sort myself a rollout awning to bolt onto my roof bars for wet days at the races. Changing tyres in the snow at cannock was not pleasant! Smithy
