Yeah but i think you have to be up really early or after 5 something like that.

ill be doing it soon as i can drive which should be soon as live in North Wales but my mum and dad would never take me up for some reason the thought i may knock over a walker Tongue

Ok sounds good ill try and get my mates togther, just bought a Solid mission 9 and thats coming tomorrow soo snowdon would be a nice test for it Tongue

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there certain riding restrictions when it comes to Snowdon?

I think they limit the times you're actually available to go and ride, so that you don't run over walkers. E.g. before 10:00 and presumably after a certain point in the afternoon too.

EDIT: It's actually a voluntary ban between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00, between May 1st and September 30th.

to be honest, you couldn't/wouldn't want to ride down it between those hours anyway - its too frikkin busy! It's bloody unbelievable how many people there are up there.

I hate to be a stickler, but the Pyg track is a footpath so you can't come down it at any time (AFAIK).

You can come down the Llanberis track and the Ranger path (with time restrictions in summer).
