this weekend was awesome, some super close racing going on on sunday. Unfortunately my first moto got re-run without me and my mate knowing (although they only said i was missing :S) so i lost one of my first places in qualifying, just clawed my way into the quarter finals anyway though, got out of the gate in first, got overtaken about halfway down then got overtaken again a couple of yards from the finish to take 3rd, heart breaking stuff but thats racing i suppose.

I was pretty glad that i didnt stack it though, my friend had a bit of a rough one, but cant exactly complain after seeing isaac, hope to see him racing again at uk bike park!

cheers to chris and everyone involved for a sick weekend!

Sadly couldn’t make this one, as I was dragged to Leeds to go shopping for bridesmaid’s shoes (not my wedding, thank god!).

So was it a good track then? Worth a visit?

Sounds like there was a nasty crash, hope the rider is okay. What happened?

I think he hit the step down out of the berm, then went for the mini triple thing afterwards and hung up his front wheel, i just saw him slam down super hard on that tabletop, it was pretty harsh

Yeah he hung the nose up on the mini triple and faceplanted straight into the face of the table looked like a broken neck from my angle but good to hear he was discharged.

I did pretty much the same thing in the finals- nose bonked the entire tabletop with my chest on the bars... absolutely pooed myself!
