haha yeah now im liying on my back for the next three days as ive pushed two vertebrees out my back doing that on the ht! im not sure it was.. also got a hole in my leg too!! nice!

had a spasim in my back that night and couldnt move for anbout an hour, woke up feeling like id been hit by the le shuttle! and went to the extreame medics for some back cracking.

hence my shite time on race day.. was in third gear the whole way and only done three cranks off the start lol.. but somehow maneged 35th in my cat

could knock that down by ten just on the top by pedaling.. so just let it rip on the rest of the track was well suprised that my time was half desent! seeing as know i cant walk.
