Not if you get a second hand one.

Ebay is your best bet at getting a cheap one

We made one in our neighbours barn in France. It does get really painful even with a very padded rope. Anyway heres a wee vid

Nicked the tow rope out the car and made some loops in it. Bubble wrapped the loops.

nice video mate, wish mine was as successful!

we tried making loops, but we didnt have any padding and that really hurt.

but!... then we went back to mind and got a tyre and inner tube and that worked quite well but it kept falling down to our waist.

I blame our site for our failure.... or maybe the fact we tried using 30lb jump bikes...

xD

Don't use a proper harness. I made one last night and if you use a proper harness it lifts you up from the wrong position and thus makes it very difficult. Just use loops of rope wrapped in pipe lagging!

I tied it 40 foot up a tree, thank god I live next to the park, swings seem to be insanely difficult hehe.

Haha good stuff guys.
The harness is the biggest problem it seems for everyone. Ours is "alright" now we have taped a couple of cushions and jumpers to it but it still digs in after a while.
What tricks has everyone got dialled? Almost got 5s Smiley, its a right laugh.
