hi i have just put new seals and got a new spring for my boxxer teams with the boxxcart, but the spring i just bought was atad longer then my old one and now the boxcart side tops out any idea's whats wrong Undecided and i was told to use 15-20ml of 15 weight fork oil but when i emptied the oil out the forks there was a hell of allot more  Undecided
ant help would be very appreciated

15-20ml is just the fluid in the lowers to lubricate the legs. The internals will need a lot more there. I'm sure someone will pipe up with the exact numbers in a second, but it's around 200ml per leg level. Check out the manual

15-20ml is just the fluid in the lowers to lubricate the legs. The internals will need a lot more there. I'm sure someone will pipe up with the exact numbers in a second, but it's around 200ml per leg level. Check out the manual
would this have anything to do with the topout??

well if you only put 15-20mm fluid in the internals then yes that will be the reason for the topout

Arrrggghh!!! Please don't try riding them with only 15ml of fluid in!!!!hehe! That would be the rebound leg not having enough oil in to actually work.  It must feel like a pogo-stick!!!

If its a boxxcart, disregard all the bumpf about using more oil- 15-20ml is right. As for the spring, was it a boxxcart specific spring? Since you are only using the one spring they are specially made for the boxxcart if I remember correctly.

Might be an idea to rename the topic boxxcart help to make the distinction.

i have try ed every thing you guys have told me but the cartrage still tops out :'(

na mate dont stop it where dose the oil go because if the cartrige out the forks it still tops out  Undecided
