I'll tell you for nothing you haven't broken your AC bone. It doesn't exist. It could be damage to your AC joint, i.e. Your Acromioclavicular joint. A joint between your clavical, your scapular and humorous.
I did the same thing and it's a w*nk*r. Physio will be key.
If you were told it was your "AC Bone" by a doctor, I'd seek a second opinion.
