No, you got your negative karma for making silly comments (I can look and see). None of the posts where someone has click [-] were anything to do with any debate. Perfectly fair, not that it matters.

I was going to start a new topic but thought I'd add it to this one, how about a separate karma system or something along those lines, souly (spelling) aimed at buyers & Sellers, like the whole Ebay rating thing, I know I know this is a MTB forum which just so happens to have an area for people to sell and buy but it would be good to see if people are reliable or not. Just an idea! Or Even just to have a dedicated topic in the sales boards where people write a review about the user, and anyone who has the brains can search that users name and see how they rate.... However it could fall flat on its face but just a suggestion?!

Because it is a forum there is no awareness from the system of a buyer and a seller, and thus no way make that work.

Deal with it,karma means nothing to me,over the past year or so coming on here most days you get to know the good from the not so good, its not rocket science, once again i think it all turned pear shaped when the "other forum" went off line.

Just one question.... who dishes out Karma -/+? I don't seem to be able to give any out.. is it only the mods? if so that's a pretty bias and elitist system...... oh and meaningless unless they read every post on here Smiley

Immortals over a certain post count. Now, just don't ask me what "Immortal" means or how you get it, 'cos its before my time. It needs addressing, it will be...

It doesn't even look bad it's a joke! Take no notice of Karma.

It's generally post counts that are more reliable to go on.

Take the former user Leo Wl for example ok, he was a tit sometime, but he got -8 karma over one weekend and he wasn't even on sdh at all, he was at ukbikepark with me!

Karma is Balls. End of.

Oh, and feel free to smite away Wink

I agree with Terminator, but at first glance (especially from new users) they will think the person with negative karma is a muppet.... lol.

Lol karma, it's the least effective way of adressing n00bs on this forum.

Since Karama was introduced this forum has gone downhill (no pun intended)

An it's why alot of members are not on here as often. That and the fact no-one uses the search but i'm not arsed, i don't use this forum to ask questions anymore as i know it all, there's only so much technical no-how to a mountain bike.

At the end of the day, Karma means nothing in the real world, National race DH series is where you can establish your rank, an it's the only way to get real mountain bike respect. Or at events etc.

Half the immortals arn't that good on a bike, but again who cares.

The atmosphere on here is so depressing, even everyone either licks arse, or is grumpy as f**k. Either ride your bike like you say you can, or f**k off an stop moaning.

I'm not effected by my karma which will no doubt be effected by this post due to me having strong opinions.
