this thing about the custom wheels has really pi**ed me off 'cos i broke my wheel and then ordered a new custom one, EX721 on pro2, the next day the custom wheel list went blank, my order still hasn't been dispatched and i oredered it last sunday
can i just ask, when you buy a hayes stroker brake, do they always come with a full bleed kit including 120ml bottle of fluid? or is that just CRC being awsome.

I just ordered something that's in stock, on Thursday, it said it will be dispatched on Friday and arrive on Monday, but its now sunday and it hasn't even been processed :'(
it doesn't seem like their order processing seems to be as seamless anymore. i used to order off CRC if i wanted something and didn't have to worry. now i'll ring a bike shop up instead.
