this thing about the custom wheels has really pi**ed me off 'cos i broke my wheel and then ordered a new custom one, EX721 on pro2, the next day the custom wheel list went blank, my order still hasn't been dispatched and i oredered it last sunday  Angry

can i just ask, when you buy a hayes stroker brake, do they always come with a full bleed kit including 120ml bottle of fluid? or is that just CRC being awsome.

like previously stated im pretty sure it will just be with them selling out of the last of their 08 stock and waiting for the 09 stuff to come in.

I just ordered something that's in stock, on Thursday, it said it will be dispatched on Friday and arrive on Monday, but its now sunday and it hasn't even been processed  :'(

it doesn't seem like their order processing seems to be as seamless anymore. i used to order off CRC if i wanted something and didn't have to worry. now i'll ring a bike shop up instead.
