What spring do i need ?

hey,
 i have a 24seven dh1 with 8.5 rear travel i am currently running a 500x3.00 spring and it feels too hard as im only 9 stone, ive been told that i should get a 350 but im not sure what do you guys think ?

Here use the spring calculator mate it will make sure you get the proper spring

Normally i round it up to the nearest spring. so i would say you need a 250lbs spring

i have a 350 spring on mine mate and im 9st 10, feels about right, but it also makes my shock very easy to bottom with mine been a single pivot, and with yours being the same id recommend a slightly heavier one somthing like a 400.
