2003 p3 seat clamp size (sorted thanks)

hi, i need a new seat clamp for my p3, i have looked at specialized and it says 36mm, i can't find any seatclamps like this so is it 36mm or another size?

it must be another size. Specialized only conceived, designed, prototyped, test rode, signed off, built, imported and distributed the bike - what the hell would they know about it? 36mm pah!

it usually says on the seatpost, something like 30.4
i have one, but it is all the way downstairs in the garage and its dark so i wont look now Smiley

I think its 30.4, but thats a slightly educated guess.

2004 P1 is 34.9 and i think they are the same frames. does it not have bit on the frame, near the bb on the downtube with all the info?

it doesn't have any info as far as i can see, only a frame number it measures 36mm, all i can find are hope and salsa seat clamps but they seem rather expensive  Undecided

thanks, i have got the size now but finding a seat clamp is a pain, only hope and salsa do clamps in 36mm.

Again, phone Specialized. Chances are it didn't come with a Hope/Salsa so they may be able to supply a cheaper option.
