rather than waste the turf making them look sweet , wait till its all working fine then rake up the sides of it all and back of burms etc and throw some grass seed on them. done!
My nextdoor neighbour, a bmxer has got loads of land that they don't use at the bottom of their garden and his dad has some machine, I've forgotten the name that churns loads of grass and earth and s**t up.
Oh and btw, we'll be moving the shed and using it as a roll-in
A role in would be pointless in my opinion, the whole idea of a pump track is to gather/carry speed by pumping. Even from the off. I can get up to speed after only a couple of laps on my pump track.
Fromthe picture it looks as if you are digging down into the ground?? Will you not have a problem with drainage if you do this? Looks good though! You are very lucky
posabily diging track kind of things into the sides like this _______________ so that the water can drain into them but dont know incase you get a wheel stuck into one or something \/ \/
(sorry about the detailed drawing but you get the jist some small drains)
