Is it possible to get dirt jumper 1s tf tuned to over 110mm?

Best bet would be to ask Windwave if there is a travel kit available. I doubt it, more change the kit will drop them down.

My mate had his dirt jumper 3's 05 took up to 130mm from 100mm. so not sure but it might be possible.
