got pushed over in Reading Gestival on monday morning and landed on a metal trolley thing. I snapped a tooth in half and cut all my mouth up, i;ve been to the hospital and now have stitches inside the mouth and they have taken the nerve  out of my tooth but now I have to wait until sept 16th to go to dentist.
Does anyone know if it is easy enough for them to like rebuild part of a tooth so you dont have a gap anymore? cheers

I pretty much did the same thing, but tripped up running for the bus and landed ON the bus step with my tooth pinging off the driver's perspex box.
I went to the dentist and he basically took shards of tooth out of my gum, packed it with some stuff and put a permanent ceramic cap on there and then. I wasn't there for much more than an hour.

reminds me of one night, a few of us were biking up to a mates past a pub on the other side of the road, some guy starts running infront of me, i pedal like sh*t and just got out of the way, he had ran and tried to drop kick me, but the little b****rd missed and landed with his back on the curb.

Anyway for the topic,
i had my front tooth chipped of a very kind mate of mine in middle school, Goes a little something like... hand, head, face, metal pole. 

Chipped quite badly, dentist didnt do anything about it though, as im still growing or that it would cost loads to do so i had may as well wait untill i was 16 then it would be free.
The treatment by the way was to have some purmiment thing put on, it had a strange name but im guessing its the same as a cap 

Over the past few years its worn itself smooth and isnt that noticable anymore, although im guessing for you its not as simple as that ?

Some of the stitches in my mouth just fell out.
Does anyone know why this might be? could it be the knot at one end of the stitches dissolved? Its been 7 days meant to dissolve within 10/20days.

There isnt any blood but the cut has fully healed.

So now I have to go for root canal surgery on October 7th, I've had people saying that they have heard its really painful haha, is it actually that bad? And what is it? I asked my dentist but he didnt really explain.

yeah my mum has to have it done some time soon its basically taking the nerve out of the tooth, near where the two little bits stick up at the top of your tooth. dont know how painfull it is as ive not had it done nore has my mum yet but ill let you know hope you heal ok

Well, to unnerve you, (not) they're gonna drill straigt down into the nerve then remove it, right?

Sounds pretty painful to me!!! You better hope they use a good anaesthetic!
