Hi all i was out on my first proper DH session tonight and now my elbows are quite sore.
It doesn't really hurt that bad unless i bend my arm.
Is this Arm Pump?? and how can i stop myself getting it in future?
If its your first dh session today then im guessing you are quite a beginner to it all? When I started out (im sure others will have too) I found that my elbows hurt because i wasnt loose, i was all stiff, and trying to make suspension compensate for everything, and it ended up hurting my elbows. Try relaxing your arms a litle bit and see how it goes
