got the chance to buy a "Gary Fisher Kingfisher" frame

are they any good for DH and bit of freeride.

Had a bounce on one a while back. Seemed like nice enough frames, the kit on it let it down if anything. You might have trouble getting spares for it (hangers, bearing kits,etc.) though as i beleive they're no longer in production.
