ive tried it , but not quite to the extreeme that mark runs , and they do feel better once your pointing down , give it a try , at the end off the day it only takes a minuite to adjust back if you don't like it .
I flatten mine up when I'm riding longer harder tracks.
it allow most of the flat of your hand to rest on the bar, so reducing hand / arm pump.
if you run them pointing downwards its harder to keep your hands on the bars.
But there is no way I could run them as flat as he does.
Fair play to the guy, this year he has been an inspiration to all us old gits, turning up at the start of the season and gradually getting faster and faster each race. A bit better luck on his run and he could have won the thing.
