Yeh they're very noisey and a bit too orange. In a city? Try looking into some filters...
Really nice ideas though, just lacking on the technical side. Keep at it!

Only one i like is the 1st
Others where with high iso as it was pitch black really, just moonlight.
Its in the countryside, not a city

Ah right, I thought it was a city 'cos of the orange glow...
Try a longer shutter with lower ISO. Or the de-speckle function in Photoshop.
