Photo plus 6 photoshop help

Im trying to do the thing where you get the image in black and white apart from the person where you have them in colour, i have got the photo plus 6 version and have managed to get the photo into black and white but cant get the colour back anywhere, how would i do this? and where can i find th tools to get the colour back?

Set saturation to -100 or as far as it goes down so its in black and white.
Then get the paint brush tool and make sure it is in black
And you can paint on your color.
Works with my version of photoshop and usually does good results as you can zoom really far in with the paint brush tool
