i know this is easy to do, i just don't know how to do it.

basically, i am sick of waiting ages for huge photo files to upload onto websites, so how do i set the files so they upload in seconds?

any help much appreciated

How big are the files?
and what sort if sites are you trying to upload to?

there is no easy way. saying that. i use a program called porta ( google it ) its used to make web gallerys , but in the process it automaticly resizes all photos in a folder to a size you specify and adds watermarks to them all to. if you dont want the gallery just go in to the folder with all the new resized images etc in a delete all but the folder of large images. done !

cheers, by making a photo smaller are you refering to the file size? not the actual pic size

When you reduce the size or quality you'll probably want to make a new file not overwrite the original.
