ok i have pro2 front hub, and bulb rear both are 36 hole and laced to the 08 mavic EX 823 rims

i want to change the nipples to these

but the end looks a bit different compared to most and i was thiniking as they have dual nipples ( due to sealed rims) will they fit in ok??

823's have like a nipple holder. You need a special tool to undo them to get the nipple out.

as jeron said, don't do alloy nipple, a mate had some purple ones on his wheels, pros on mtx's, and litterally nearly every session atleast one would snap.

I think the nipples on an 823 need to be longer than normal to clear the holder.

Also like the other guys said dont fit alloy nipples, it doesnt matter how hard you ride but its that they are soft so IF you can get the correct tension in them as soon as you try to true them up you are quite likely to round them off.

Dont get alu nipples , they will last as long as a cracker.

yes but measure the workable distance from the rim contact face to the end ......thats the important distance
