Too much oil? Check the oil level tables on the site, though these are often wrong are they not? or was this air pressures? i forget.

I had this on a set of 1 month old boxxers, turned out I'd dented the lowers and the stantion was hitting the dent on the inside.

Sounds like too much oil. Change the oil and use the recomended levels. If they still dont get the full travel take a wee bit out and repeat adding or loosing oil till they work right.

If they've never been serviced, Marzocchi are notorious for getting the oil levels wrong in the factory.  That'd be my guess.

esay to do it yourself. Take the top caps off and turn them upside down in a tub to drain cycle them a few times to get the rest out then leave them uoside down for a wee bit let all the old oil drain out. Refill with the right volume/level of 7.5w fork oil put the top caps back on and you should be ready to go.

because the 7.5w isn't in stock, i'm only 14?

10w will make them slower to rebound and compress. Try and find some 7.5w oil from somewhere. From my experience it gives youy the best speed if you cant adjust the rebound.
