Nothing impressive, 13kg dumbells 25 reps each arm, brake every 7 reps, benchpress 60kg 25 reps brake every 7.
You're not doing 25 reps, you're doing 3 and a half sets of 7 reps...odd.
Anyway seriously, buy a book, any book, on weight training. You can't expect to just do a couple of random exercises with no set plan of what you're doing and expect to get meaningful results.
Remember, there is no one best way to do it. Everyone will advise you differently, including on this thread. Right now you don't know enough to piece it all together. Get a book, follow a set program, if you stick to it I guarantee you will see/feel improvements after a month.
