Thought id post it up here and see what im doing wrong! Looking at getting abit fitterm but pretty fit already.8:00: 3x Weetabix and raisins, 2 slices of toast
11:00 Sandwhich or wrap, normaly tuna/chicken
1:00Cooked meal, normaly meat and rice depending on whats available
3:00 3x maltloaf x1 Cofee
6:00 Cooked meal
9:00 2x orange, some salami sauasge and bread.
Bout 5 litres of water too.
Thats monday-Friday without fail
. Just fancied some pointers on that, no additional vitamins etc.Er excercise wise its 1hour walk every day with the dog, 1 hour footbal a week and riding all day sunday. Downhill though so no 30 mile epics!
Any tips would be great. Just to add, I think im pretty fit and have reasonable endurance but would love to improve on that!.
