i think the scott nitrouses or high octane it really depends on how big you want to go, if your hucking high octane but if you like the more 'freeride' scene then the nitrous

iron horses are my one best bike! but not a best buy at 1700 for a frame!

It has to be the Balfa BB7, more race wins than any other bike in 2006.
Plus its got value for money on its side compared to most other DH bikes out there of the same caliber.
Not that im biased.

Any Vpp frame does it for me

Intense M3- the perfect race bike?
Santa Cuz V10 and VP free

Having just got a VP free im impressed by both the frames' looks and its ride, not perfect but I like it.
