No, read what I said, top of this page ( 2 )...

Doh.  Well then my guess would be simply to avoid powdercoating if your frame is filled with foam.
Think there would be any use of filling the main tubes with foam too? Is the foam heavy?

I dunno if they still do, but I wouldn't have said my bike was all that noisy, so I guess they might. Still, I think they're under different ownership nowadays, so they might do things differently now.

I popped down to B&Q today, and bought some B&Q home brand 'expanding foam'.  Only after squirting it all over the kitchen floor did i realise it's also adhesive...

Also be careful with testing it, as apparently it's a one use product, as the foam dries in the nozzle so you can't use it a second time.  I cleaned mine out as much as i could once i realised, and i'll see when i try it if i've f**ked it.

I loved the sound my 223 made.

To me, the rattle/ding/bang of an Orange is music to my ears.

Can't you pack it out with Grease or something?

Ady and Edds brooklyn floaters both rattled in the ball joint. Only way i could think of fixing it would be to pack out the joint with grease.
