i have a pair of exr pro marzocchi forks.i've had them a while now i've cahnged the air pressure in them a few times and have had them at 50psi for agess and have given them some knocks but then took some air out and found the rebound had completely gone.what do i do. should i change the oil ort will that not help.

how much airdo you have in your forks.  Think 30psi is minimim but im not sure on that.  Around that anyway.

wouldnt have thought theres a minimum pressure, would depend on the riders weight and style

wouldn't be surprised if there was a minimum as the 5th has a minimum. Can't be doing the forks any good with too little air in.

I dunno the answer, but changing the air pressure will have an effect on the rebound anyway, so maybe you do just need to put some back in.

i wouldnt use exrs for anything more than road riding and youve probably done them some damage internally if youve been using them off road  Sad

I had a pair of those about a year and a half ago. I did the same with mine, If you pump the air back up to suit your weight they will improve. Mine were 04's i think and the rebound was terrible on them even if they were adjusted to my weight, lots of people have felt the same as well, generally poor rebound. If there 05's they might be better i don't know, haven't used them
