Had a spare supercharger ring and an hour to kill...

Parts used:

1 e-13 supercharger ring
1 cheapo clock mechanism
card, paper, sticky tape...

lol! Yeah, I think a lot of people made clocks at school as it was a key stage 3 suggested project at one point. Mine took advantage of some free Mint Sauce stickers as I couldn't be bothered painting it...

I think my e-13 effort could use an uber-pimp chainring behind it, trouble is, it's a 5-bolt version so the bolts would make it kind of difficult to actually tell the time! Mind you, I think the 4-bolt versions would have the holes in the wrong place too.

Right now the centre bit is just a friction/sticky tape fit onto the bashring, so time will tell how durable it is, but I've just noticed a CD is a remarkably close fit, so I might try that later...

And workshop? Mine's going in my frontroom!!  Grin

what you need on that clock is a big hand diabolus crank and a small hand middleburn.

Just get the Brasso out, bring up a lovely shine, add a clock mechanism and abracadabra, you have a shiney clock.  Smiley

i made a clock out of an old hope C2 disc rotor and a set of old rst alfalfa forks which i ripped the disc mount off im sure i got a pic sumwhere but i hav no idea how to post it lol
