Molfre DH & 4x do you need a licence

Hi all
The Molfre hall race DH and 4 cross are the national champs as I understand it I want to race this weekend in both 4x and DH. So iam I right in saying its nowt to do with the nps but I will need a licence?
If I do need a licence how do I get one

As far as i know You dont need a licence to race in the national champs but you will be in the novis catagory and you will not get any national ranking point. Thats in the 4x and dh. To get a licence go onto the british cycleing website and should be some info on there!

There are three events planned for Moelfre in 2006.

1. Uplift day on Sunday 5th February.
2. 4 Man weekend 24th/25th June. This will be a 4 man downhill on the Saturday and an NPS 4X race on the Sunday.
3. The Fat Face National Championships on July 14th/15th/16th.

There will be a facility to enter all three events for non licence holders.

Entry forms for the other events will be available in early February.

Being a licence holding senior, will I still be racing with the expert and elite as in past years or just within the senior cat like at nationals

and looking on the NACC results page, you've put the above dates up already.
are the XC, DH, 4x and Trials national champs all being held at Molfre on the same weekend.
the logistics would be something else, but I reckon it would make for a real good race. Grin
