Video compression programme?

Need a programme to compress video to a smaller size after ive exported it out of adobe prem pro at the moment a short 15 second film is like 34485kb which is mad and takes forever to transfer over msn.

any straight forward video conversion program usually has compression settings on them.

Try WinAVI
or Xilisoft Video Converter....

or google

Ude media player and set at at a pocket PC size, they blow up well on full screen, and encode down to a small size.  If you use a specific encoder anyone you send it to may not have the plugin to watch it.  Just my view anyway!

hey mate, just use the encoder already on adobe. Should be under file, export movie and then click on adobe encoder or something like that. Its made for putting films on the internet, so will reduce file size dramatically but shouldnt reduce the quality of either sound or image too much.
