Olympus OM10 value?

Planning to sell our Olympus as its only been unused since we got it.
Om10 SLR
Zukio 35-70mm zoom
T-20 flash unit
Original Olympus carry case.
Basically wondering what sort of price it'd be worth, obviously its fairly old and they seem to go from anywhere between 40 and 100 quid on ebay so I've no idea what to ask, maybe best to just put it on ebay..?
