has anyone on here had some of them bombshell fat daddy rims so i know if they are good and worth the money ?
i had a pair laced up to my hope hubs on my ancillotti, i didnt get much riding on them before i sold the bike but they were strong as hell didnt need a true after several rides and to be fair looked the absolute dogs danglies!
there a good price, much better quality and finish that mavic and i would say probably stronger.

Im affraid that we did look into Red but thought the Blue would sell better so went with that instead. They are plenty tough enough and at the moment MBUK and MBR are running a lot of adverts/posters/articles on Darren Berrecloth and Kyle Strait who both use them so sales have gone sky high on them. Not sure the Blue would go on your bike though with the red spring. The Blue rims look the nuts on an all black bike with blue trinkets like seat clamp, bar caps, stem faceplate etc. J
Bombshell rims dont have eyelets. They are stronger without and stay true for longer as there is no flex between the eyelet and rim. If you are wanting to anodise them get the Polished rims as they only have a clear lacquer on them which will be easy to get off. J
