alright chris

Tis a shame you cracked that frame, i remember when you were about at porc riding on your ht and the front wheel fell out.

Frame wise something like a bullit would be a very good frame, nice simple frames that take most of the abuse you can give them.
The AC's are nice bikes aswell, guy i ride with uses one and he swears on it, rode it round everything in morzine last year and had no problems at all. Gerometry on it would be good with your juniors aswell.

Better The Bike,Better the Rider.
B!ll!x.
Most important factors,
When sitting on your rig,its got to feel like putting on your most favorite most comfortable pair of shoes.
Half man,Half bike.
Make sure you have no weak spot on yor rig.
Anything you have in your head when out on your bike ,other than the ride itself, will hinder your performance.
Ride as much as you can,the experiance you gain from this will make you a better rider.
