which flat crowns do you guys give the thumbs up to for the 888/999's? ive been looking at aireal, but theres a few others like zocchi CNC'd and zocchi forged... gimme your veiws on value and performance!

Well I have 'zocchi cnc'ed ones but I don't think you can buy these unless its 2nd hand anymore, they are nice if you are after the cnc'ed look.  I have also seen the Aerial ones which are similar (well how different can cnc'ed flat crowns get?) and also look nice.  I am sure you can still buy these new via topshelf.  Also never heard of any problems with either.  My 'zocchi ones also have the drillings for the integrated stem.

The risse flat crowns are ment to be good to, but dont know if you can buy those anymore either

I've got the forged ones if they're the ones that come on the 2006 888s. Very nice, slim, light, and aerodynamic.

I got the rissie ones, really nice, i prefer them to the areal and zocchi. The look really nice aswell imo.

I'm not a 888 owner personally, but the Go-Ride ones have been getting quite a good write up over the pond. Could work out fairly cheap too? Have a look;

I run Aireal flat crowns on my 888.
They are Strong and do the job very well.
