after crashing in my first run, it was an all or nothing banzai run on the second, pinned it all the way until the bottom jump onto the fire road, got bogged down in the take off, nose dived and went straight over the bars.....
That looks like my xray - did the same thing a week ago. Hurts like hell doesn't it ? Codydramol and ibuprofen work ok, but see if you can get tramadol - superpowerful painkiller with a morphine-like feeling. Thats what I'm using and it really works well. The medics always seem reticent about giving strong pain meds but why should you suffer ?

Tramadol all the way for me!! about 2 hours after breaking mine and on about 8 different pills from casulaty before I had to go back next day for an operation I had 4 pints of stella, slept great ;0)
