First Question - Is there any stand-along noise reduction software you can get?

Second Question - Are the dedicated Nikon flashes any good?

There is a stand alone version of a program called Noise Ninja. And everyone i've reccomended it too have thanked me for it!

Just ask Jim or Sean on here.

I use it as a Photoshop CS2 plugin, and it greatly increases the speed of my workflow only needing one program open to do everything.
