my knee is f**ked and every time I do over 30miles on the bike it means I've got to speand atleast a week off for it to heal... doctors no help with me either
do your knees click, and more to the point dose it feel nice when they click?
my knees ache like hell after long rides/walks, even being sat down for too long naffs them up and i have to click them both 3 or 4 times to relive it.
turns out its excess fluid in the knee joint which isnt passing through the cartalidge (sp) as it should and stays in the joint, its pretty common and it sounds like it could be your trouble
Yup you hit it on the head there. Several of my mates have had an op on their knees and think they had fluid drained. My knees click quite a bit [along with my shoulder and right thumb]. It doesn't feel unconfortable but if also feels that I need to make it click to feel nbormal if that makes sense
