doctors have warned me off dh till the plates come out, which won't be for a year. needless to say, i am not happy! sort of ruined the morzine plan for this year, at least

thats cool mate, i will be out training on the xc bike by the end of the summer i hope, so next summer i should be fitter than ever. where were you moving to again?

Wadebridge - but ill have Dh lines scatterd all over the place.

ooo that is a clean break mate, i feel for you not being able to ride too.

i'm allowed to ride, but i've been told if i come off on it, there is an increased risk of breaking it at either end of the plate. That rules DH and jumping out. i'd rather just concentrate on my fitness on the xc bike, than risk it all on the dh bike, espacially as i have a knack of making bad situations worse! it's only a year, after all
