I just got my cast off!! I broke it at aston hill! Fun fun fun! i still cant ride for another month Sad Anyone else brake their arm ?

i broke my wrist in two place and had a cast on my whole arm and i was riding very very lightly after about a week. i was slowly building the muscles back up doing little weights and riding and i could ride hard again after about 3 weeks

i broke my arm in 2 places 2!! after 1 week!! cheers for the advice i will do all of that!!

i was with him when he broke it, he did it on the bottom 2nd section of dh3 when he came round the berm, he was going so fast then his bike slipped and he flew over the berm. it was sssssssoooooo bad! we didnt notice till we got to the top in the car park and he could bearly move it!!
he's recovering really well now though!!!!!!

i broke my elbow!? had a half cast on for 3 days, went to get a real cast, they sed u'll be ok now and sent me home! assholes lol

Broke the humurus in ma arm, it snapped in half and the top half went into my shoulder. i was out for 12 weeks, the thing is, it only made me more determined and faster, we only fall to learn to get back up. i will ALWYA wear body armour dh now becuase being injured sucks.
