anyone here had a broken scafoid bone (wrist)?? i got my pot off but was wandering how long it will take before i can ride properly.. the Dr. said 4weeks but I was hoping that was an exaggeration!? :'( thanks, Fred

you poor b'tard im in the exact same mess, snapped mine 3 weeks ago, 6 weeks is what i got told, im goin back in 3 weeks to have my cast removed, i also got told if it doesnt heal properly its likely for the wrist to loose muscle strength and generally turn crap, stay out, be sensible, not worth risking it boring i know but its better than having a pussy wrist
