hiya

does anybdy know wot weight of oil should i put in for a 10 stone rider,my forks are a bit to hard  and i seem to use just a bit over a half  of its travel down hamsterley dh and the front seem harder than the back shock , ive spoke to the person who had the forks before and he sed it has about  7 oil inside of the forks so do you think i should put 5 oil in the forks or will it be too soft fr a 10 stone rider

fork oil weights won't make a differance mate,

you need softer springs.

thinner/light wt fork oil, will either give you less compression or less rebound depending on what side you put it.

you might also need to take some oil out. My friends 888's came with too much oil as stock so they didnt use all their travel.
